- Open Fallout 4 and select Mods from the main menu. Find the mod you wish to uninstall in your Library. Select the mod you wish to uninstall and select Delete. If desired, you can simply disable the mod from here as well.
- Remove the same files from game folder, which are in zip file of the mod. Or the simplest way is to delete d3d9.dll from game folder. But seems you are too much lazy to find out what is wrong.
